What Does An Audit Cover?

plans
A Fire Safety Audit or Building Code Audit is an analysis of fire safety features, their adequacy (or otherwise), installed in your building. The objective is to provide the owner with the information required to compliance with the relevant regulations and state planning laws

The scope of works is determined by the client's needs. These may be a simple as a check of the suitability and location of portable fire extinguishers to a complete analysis of the systems installed, means of egress and other life safety issues.

All audits are conducted in accordance with the requirements of Australian Standard AS 4655-2005. Provision of an Annual Fire Safety Statement is dependent upon the results of an audit.

Our PROACTIVE APPROACH to these matters takes into account the age of the premises, the activities and the operational requirements of the organization.
