Adair Fire Audits and Certification Pty Ltd originally operated for many years as a division of Adair Fire & Emergency Consultants Pty Ltd.
In early 2008, the decision was made to form a completely separate company, specifically dedicated to Fire Engineering with a focus on Building Code and Fire Safety Audits. Full operations as a separate entity began on the 1st July 2008.

We do not sell, install or maintain fire protection equipment. This ensures Adair Fire Audits’consultants are always independent, providing you peace of mind. We guarantee integrity in the certification process. We assist you in providing supportive documentation so the site can submit required certification to council and NSW FireBrigade.

Pre Certification Audit
Adair Fire Audits provides a preannual certification site audit. Carried out within three months before your annual fire safety certification, it identifies any noncompliances. This gives you time to remedy them long before the annual check.
